Pastor Carl Lewis “Ronnie” Greene Sr., 66, a resident of Selma, passed Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 12, 2024, at noon at The House of Prayer with Presiding Elder Antonio Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Pineview Memorial Gardens directed by Ashley’s JH Williams & Sons. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nettie Bell Ford; his son, Carl Lewis Green Jr.; his sisters, Catherine Greene and Betty Moppinsl and his brothers, Herman Greene, Andrew Greene and James Greene, He is survived by his wife, Mary Reese Greene; his daughter, Catherine Greene; his sisters, Marie (Alfred) Eley, Margaret (Willie) Cook, Nettie (Frank) Brown, Rosie McDonald and Corine Jackson; five grandchildren; seven brothers-in-law; five sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces and nephews.
