Morgan Academy lost its Homecoming contest on Friday.  Selma, Dallas County and Meadowview Christian School all fell on the road.

Bessemer Academy 49, Morgan Academy 8: The Senators (1-5, 1-3) got their only touchdown on a 1-yard-run from Milton Hand. He also scored the two-point conversion.

The Senators visit Autauga Academy in a key Region contest next Friday in Autaugaville.

Park Crossing 6, Selma 0:The Saints (0-6) remained winless for the season, losing a defensive struggle on the road Thursday. 

Park Crossing broke a scoreless halftime tie with a touchdown in the second half. Selma visits Marbury in a Region 3, Class 5A game next Friday.

Carver-Birmingham 40, Dallas County 7: The Hornets (0-5) got their only points from Kelvin Furlow’s touchdown run in the first quarter, followed by Luis Valencia’s extra point on Thursday night.

Dallas County visits American Christian Academy in a Region 3,  Class 4A contest next Friday.

North River 50 Meadowview Christian School 20: The Trojans (0-6) got two touchdowns from Cole Ballard.

Alex Johnson also scored for MCS, who visits Tuscaloosa Christian next Friday.
