Keith High, Morgan Academy, and Southside all won big games on Friday night. 

Keith 38,  A.L. Johnson 0: Jeffrey Cochran and Christian Rayford each scored two touchdowns to lead the Bears (4-3, 3-1 Region 3, Class 1A).

Alex Towers also scored for Keith. Cochran scored on a fumble return and caught a TD pass from Aveon Young.

Southside 34, Prattville Christian Academy 31: The Panthers (3-3, 2-2 Region 3, Class 3A) scored 12 fourth quarter points in a big road win that boosted their 3A state playoff hopes.

Morgan Academy 38, Bessemer Academy 0: T.B. Clements threw three touchdown passes to lead the Senators (4-2).

Rhyne Williams, Allen Lightfoot and CJ Crocker all caught touchdown passes for the Senators. Williams also had a 80-yard interception return. Crocker scored on a pair of two-point conversion runs.

John Allen Ingram ran for a touchdown. Allen Michael Creech scored twice on two-point conversion.

North River Christian 55, Meadowview Christian School 0: The Trojans (0-7) remained winless, falling on homecoming at Wasden Field.
