Two Dallas County schools remained ranked in the ASWA Basketball poll this week.

Southside boys (13-6) are ranked ninth in Class 3A , moving up one spot from last week. The Panthers are coached by Kelvin Lett.

The Lady Senators (8-7) are ranked 10th in the AISA girls poll for the third straight time.

Southside girls (9-2) and Morgan Academy boys (6-9) each were nominated.

Southside players are: Chris Thomas, Tae Spears, Derick Smith, Marquarius Reese, BJ Moorer, Javarious Gunn, Erick Smith, Amir Muhammad, Damarion Davis and Stacee Rudolph.

Morgan Academy girls players are: Madge Minter, Margaret McLaughlin, Leanna Johnson, Ally Spivey, Keenan Lee McHugh,  McCann Perkins, Mackenzie King, Taylor Roberts, Bailey Brown,  Molly Bohannon and Sarah Thomas.
