Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Willie Watkins Funeral Home, Douglasville, GA. Viewing at 1-2 p.m .with the celebration of life at 2-3 p.m.

Malik was born November 25, 1993 to Pastor Michael Gordon of Selma and Orlanda Palmer of Atlanta. Survivors include a beautiful daughter, Lucille of Atlanta, GA; three brothers, Michael Palmer, Mason Palmer of Atlanta, Michael Gordon, Jr., Las Vegas, two sisters, Jasi Gordon, Augusta, Georgia, Justina Teal, Newberry, South Carolina; maternal grandmother, Ms. Ida Palmer, Atlanta; paternal grandfather, Mr. Walter Hollman, Jr., Selma; five uncles, two aunts.Malik was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruth Hollman of Selma; brother, Tyler Griffin, Tuscaloosa; uncles Darriell Hollman, Rodney Hollman and aunt, Bernestine Gordon, Selma.
