Dr. Wini M. O’Brien passed away on December 8, 2021 in her home in Prattville.  She was a long-time resident of both Selma and Prattville.  During her nursing career, Wini taught hundreds of nurses at George Wallace Community College and Auburn University of Montgomery (AUM).  She was an Assistant Professor and served as the Interim Dean in the School of Nursing at AUM.  She also served as a consultant for the Alabama State Board of Nursing.

Funeral Services will be held at St. Mark’s in Prattville at 10 AM Monday, December 13.
