Pastor Rosie L. Hale, 71, resident of Birmingham,  passed away October 23, 2021 at St. Vincent’s East Hospital.

Graveside services are scheduled for October 30, 2021, 11 a.m. in New Live Oak Cemetery, officiated by Bishop Joe Brown and directed by Ashley’s JH Williams & Sons Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, MacArthur Hale, sons Mac A. Hale, Jr., Matthew Hale; daughter, Marilyn Hale; parents, Nathan and Pearlie Rivers.  Survivors include: sons Office Micah Hale (Ashley), Mark Hale; daughters, Rosie Maxine Hale, Daneita K. Hale-Jemison (Harold deceased); Angela (Samuel) Jones; brother, Felbert Rivers; sisters, Delois Porter, Dorothy Mills, Geneva Rivers and Jacqueline (Robert) Atkins; seventeen grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one son in-law, one daughter in-law, one sister in-law and a host of nieces and nephews.
