Ms. Patrice Dixon Simmons, 51, resident of Selma, passed away September 26, 2021 at Princeton Community Hospital, Birmingham. Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021, noon at Harrison Cemetery directed by Randall Miller Funeral Service, Inc., Selma. She was preceded in death by parents, Minister Cherry Finley, Mr. Phillip Jones and one son, Anthony “Chicken Hawk” Dixon.

Survivors include: special friend, Lee Newberry; two daughters, Flortasia Dixon, Amaya Washington; one brother, Steven Finley; special dear uncle, Cleophus Dixon, Sr.; two sisters, Elizabeth Dixon, Regina Barnes, Shirley Barnett, Mary Watts, (outstanding sister), Yvette Embry, Quenile Dixon, Navolin Phillips, Gwendolyn Washington; two grandchildren, host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
