The Selma Quarterback Club announced its 2021 season program this week.
The event will be held at the Carl C. Convention Center for five nights this year.
Events were canceled last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We are excited to have a season this fall,” Selma QB Club Captain Bob Frazer said. “We exist to create fellowship for football fans with a greater purpose to fund a lasting impact on the educational future of our scholarship recipients! We hope for a great turnout this year.”
Here is the schedule of guest speakers:
-August 31 – Cole Cubelic – ESPN & SEC Network
-September 14- Eli Gold – Crimson Tide Sports Network
September 27 – THE NEXT ROUND – Lance Taylor, Jim Dunaway, Ryan Brown and Rockstar
-October 5- David Housel – Former AD – Auburn
-November 1- Michael Johnson – Retired NFL – Scholarship Night.
Frazer is pleased with a strong group of guest speakers, a longtime tradition in the QB club.
“Our lineup of speakers is pretty solid and we wrap it up with a local favorite, former NFL starter, Michael Johnson. He will be speaking on our scholarship night and encouraging our young men in life
Sponsorship costs $200. Total payments for five meetings are $125.
