Northside Baptist Church to host Law Enforcement and First Responder’s Appreciation Day
Northside Baptist Church will hold its annual Law Enforcement and First Responder’s Appreciation Day on Friday.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Northside Baptist Church.
A service will be held at 1 p.m. to honor six heroes from each department: Dallas County Sheriff Office, Selma Police Department, Selma Fire Department, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, EMS and volunteer fire departments throughout Dallas County.
Kathy Smith of Northside Baptist Church said it’s about appreciating the law enforcement and first responders who protect Dallas County.
Smith also said volunteers can call 334-328-9250 for pickup until 5 p.m.
