Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, January 2, 2021, 11:00 am at Serenity Memorial Gardens directed by Randall Miller Funeral Service, Inc.

Survivors include: parents, Janice Rand and Edridge Charles; two sons, Kaiden Hardy, Jaicion Hardy; three daughters, Angel Steele, Camron River; Kaleah Steele; one brother, Willie Rand, Jr.; three sisters, Earika Steele; Eula Rand, Aliah Rand; five nieces and two nephews.
