Gloria Jean Billingsley resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana native of Marion, passed December 3, 2020. Public viewing will be Saturday, December 12, 2020 from 1- 5 p.m.  Funeral Service will be private with services entrusted to Melvin Miller Funeral Service.
