Addie Lee Hughey, age 95, of Greensboro passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020. She was born December 7, 1924.

Mrs. Hughey was a well-known businesswoman and florist in Hale County. She was also known for her Gospel Music Ministry and years of Christian service to her community.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Hughey, and her parents, Roy Elijah Morris and Ethel Brady Morris.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Hughey Gossard(Hal) of Punta Gorda, Florida; her son, Brooks Hughey(Sonya) of Greensboro; grandchildren, Leigh Ann McNamara(Gene), Jennifer Camarota(Vinny), Rachel Nunnaly(Cody), and Ryan Hughey; and eight great-grandchildren.

A graveside service for Mrs. Hughey was held Saturday, September 5, 2020, at 10 a.m at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, Sprott.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, 170 Peach Tree Circle, Marion, Alabama 36756
