Morgan Academy defeated Autauga Academy Monday in four sets at Autaugaville.

The Lady Senators improve to 3-1.

“We played strong with limited mistakes, had great attitudes and bounced back from the loss just like I knew they would,” Lady Senators coach Taylor Thomas said.

“The fight that these girls have and their hard work and determination keeps me going as a coach. They have welcomed me and my new ideas to Morgan Academy. I couldn’t ask for a better group of girls to coach and surround myself with.”

The Lady Senators are Bailey Brown, Anna Drew Haugen, Sarah Grace Holladay, Keenan Lee McHugh, Leanna Johnson, Margaret McLaughlin, McCann Perkins, Sarah Thomas and Kaylee Grace Whitaker.
