Dallas County Sheriff’s Dept. arrest report for period ending July 24:

Shalwalto Marzette Watts, 39, was charged with first-degree unlawful use of marijuana, $10,000 bond.

Kelvin Dewayne Thomas, 36, was charged with two counts of controlled substance, certain person forbidden, fourth-degree theft of property, public intoxication and first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, bonds totaling $107,000.

Curtis Thomas, 31, was charged with reckless endangerment, attempting to elude and disorderly conduct, $3,000 bond.

Charlie Fails, 52, was charged with domestic violence, $1,000 bond.
