Clifton Reeves promoted to Assistant Principal at Keith High

Clifton Reeves has added another job title at Keith High School.
Reeves was promoted to Assistant Principal at Keith Middle and High School. Reeves will remain head basketball coach and Athletic Director for the Bears.
“I think it’s a great opportunity,” Reeves said. “One of my goals was to one day work in an administrative position. I look forward to facing the new challenges of my new role.”
Keith High School Principal Tommy Tisdale Jr. hired Reeves and said he will excel in the new position.
“Reeves is a great guy who’s loyal, hardworking and knows the community,” Tisdale said. “He will be a great addition to Keith and Dallas county schools administration team addition to Keith and Dallas County Schools Administration team.”
Reeves spent nine years as an assistant coach under Tisdale. When Tisdale became Keith High Principal, Reeves was promoted as the Bears’ head coach and later Athletic Director.
For the second time in the last three seasons, Reeves was named The Selma Times-Journal boys basketball coach of the year.
“I learned a great deal under Tommy Tisdale,” Reeves said. “I learned how to put in the time and work to have a good basketball program Keith has a great leader in Tommy Tisdale.”
