Terrell Devonne Allen, 19, was charged with first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, $11,000 bond.

Thelma Vasser, 46, was charged with disorderly conduct, $1,000 bond.

Gary Lamar Crum Jr., 19, was charged with unlawful possession of firearm, drug paraphernalia, controlled substance and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, $33,000 bond.
