Lovell Wright, Jr., 62, resident of Selma,  passed away Sunday, May 31, 2020 in Selma. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2020, 11 a.m. at New Live Oak, with Bishop Jonathan Brown officiating and directed by directed by Ashley’s J.H. Williams and Sons Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lovell Wright, Sr., mother, Lidde Wright and brother, Zinqzell Wright. Survivors include: sons, Afonso Wright, Roberick (Shabonda) Wright; daughters, Jarleesh Wright; brothers, Carl E. Wright; Percy L. Wright; sisters, Mattie Wright, Mary Wright, Sharon (Dan), Ralph, Perlie (Reginal) Newbill, Darlene (Jammie) Gresham; five grandchildren, one daughter in-law, three brothers in-law, nine nieces, eight nephews.
