Selma Police Department searching for missing person

The Selma Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division is searching for a missing African-American woman.

Deborah Ann Moore, 35, was last seen on Saturday May 2 in the East Selma area at the 2500 block of Hardie Avenue. Moore was last seen walking, wearing a gray top and bottom jogging pants.

Moore stands at 5-foot-1 and weighs 174 pounds. She has seven children, ranging from ages 7 to 20 years old.

Barbara Moore, Moore’s mother, said she spoke to her youngest child before leaving.

“My daughter told her son she’d come right back, but she never came back,” Barbara Moore said.
