Virginia Hardy Frost, formerly of Selma, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at the age of 89.  She is survived by her daughters, Rhonwyn Giddens (John), Leann Pass (Michael); seven grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; two brothers, Frank Hardy (Lucille) and Billy Hardy, as well as many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Ronald “Jack” Frost; her mother Luttie B. Hardy; her father, William R. Hardy; and her brother, Mabry Hardy.

Virginia was an artist who enjoyed painting pictures for her friends and family.  Alongside her husband, she was active in the Lion’s Club, and served the community for several years. She was employed in the personnel department of the Civil Service and retired after 30 years. She loved church and visiting with her many friends there.

A private family graveside will be held on Monday, April 20, 2020 at New Live Oak Cemetery, Selma.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lion’s Club of Selma.
