Robert Phillips, 32, was charged with drug paraphernalia violation and second degree unlawful possession of marijuana, $7,000 bond, in jail.

Courtney Watts, 32, was charged with second-degree domestic violence assault, $15,000 bond, in jail.

Marquice Madison, 41, was charged with first-degree domestic violence assault, $60,000 bond, in jail.

Rodericka Smith, 34, was charged with certain person forbidden, $8,000 bond, made bond.

Mario Edwards, 33, was charged with third-degree domestic violence, $1,000 bond, in jail.
