Mr. Bobby L. Effinger, 78, resident of Selma,  passed away Monday, March 30, 2020 at his residence. Graveside services are scheduled for Sunday, April 5, 2020, 11 a.m. at Serenity Memorial Gardens with Rev. Sammie McDole officiating and directed by Randall Miller Funeral Service, Inc. Survivors include: spouse, Naomi Effinger; one son, Wilson Effinger (Linda Jackson); one daughter, Doris Grant (Darryl Dillahay), eight grandchildren, one great grandchild.
