The Tally-Ho Restaurant will host its 2020 St. Patrick’s Day Fundraiser on Tuesday, March 17 from 5 – 9 p.m.
Each year Tally – Ho benefits a local non-profit organization with a special St. Patrick’s Day Menu, green beer and door prizes donated by local businesses.
This year’s beneficiary is The Selma – Dallas County Historic Preservation Society (SDCHPS).
A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit the organization, assisting them in their mission to preserve and protect historic properties within the Selma –Dallas County area.
“To date [The Selma – Dallas County Historic Preservation Society] has spent over $1 million maintain and preserving historic properties,” Said SDCHPS Representative Gery Anderson. “Selma is such a pivotal place in the state’s history and it’s important we preserve it.”
Anderson called the benefit a good time to get together as a community.
The full St. Patrick’s Day menu can be viewed on The Tally – Ho’s Facebook page.
