Josephine Frison Dukes, age 82, of Selma, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020 at home. Services are scheduled for Saturday, January 11, 2020, 11 a.m. at Sandridge Baptist Church with Pastor Larry Blake officiating. Burial to follow in Serenity (formerly) Fairlawn Cemetery directed by Ashley’s JH Williams & Sons Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by Charlie Lewis, Stevie, John, Jeffrey Dukes. Survivors include: sons, Thurgood, Gregory, Garrett, Michael. Jamil, Mericko; daughters, Amelia, Shirley, Patricia and Quieentest; sisters, Letha, Regina, Shirley, Elizabeth, Bobbie; 26 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, 46 great-great grandchildren, two sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law.
