Mr. Fred Douglas Knight, age 61 of Selma, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2019 at his residence.

Funeral services were held Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Grant Memorial Chapel with Rev. Chris McLain officiating. Burial followed in New Prospect Cemetery.  Mr. Knight is survived by his wife, Deborah Cameron Knight; son, Bobby Wayne Knight (Whitney); daughter, Sally Knight Friday; grandchildren, Katarina Friday Tatum (John), Cameron Douglas Friday, Samuel Knight, and Grayson Knight; two great grandchildren on the way; father, Milton Douglas Knight; brother, Robert Earl “Bobby” Knight (Sherry); and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Upchurch Knight.
