Amelia Blount, age 62, resident of Dallas County, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2019 in Selma. Services are scheduled for Saturday, December 21, 2019 at  noon at Water Ave. Baptist Church with John Goings officiating. Burial to follow in the Lorenzo Harrison Cemetery directed by Randall Miller Funeral Service, Inc. Preceded in death by parents. Survivors include: one son, Dominick A. Blount; two daughters, Angela L. Blount, Tammie Brooks; three brothers, Charlie Blount, Jr., Charles E. Blount, Christopher Bailey; one sister, Elizabeth D. Blount; nine grandchildren, six nieces, six nephews, two aunts; Clara George and Amelia Barlow.
