Anthony Patterson, 18, was charged with two counts of first-degree kidnapping and several counts of first-degree robbery, $210 bond, in jail.

Justine Purnell, 33, was charged with fourth-degree shoplifting, $1,000 bond, in jail.

Keonate Rutledge, 19, was charged with first-degree assault, $30,000 bond, made bond.

Devontae Rutledge, 19, was charged with first-degree assault, $30,000 bond, made bond.
