Jonathan Thomas, 31, was charged with three counts of failure to appear unlawful drug possession, in jail.

Jaliah Ward, 23, was charged with attempting to elude, $16,000 bond, made bond.

Tijuana Averhart, 42, was charged with obstructing justice, $6,000 bond, made bond.

Kenchavious Bowie, 24, was charged with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, $6,000 bond, in jail.
