Mr. James Lee Alphonza Parker, age 81, resident of Selma, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019 in Selma. Services are scheduled for Saturday, November 16, 2019 at noon at Tabernacle of Praise with Pastor W. Channing Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Pineview Memory Gardens directed by Randall Miller Funeral Service, Inc. Survivors include; spouse, Kathryn Mann Parker; son, Nicholas James Parker; two step-sons; Nicholas Crosby (Michelle) Brandon Best; daughter, Kimberly Parker Breland; god-daughter, Michelle Gordon; brothers John (Faryal) Parker; Michael Chapman, Ben Parker, Rev. Bobby Manzy, Y-Shau Israel; sisters, Gwendolyn Pearson (Julius), Patricia Smith, Anetha Simmons, Dr. Cynthia Parker King; 12 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
