Brenda S. Tubbs resident of Newbern, passed September 13, 2019 at DCH Hospital. Funeral Service is scheduled for  Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Odis Sanders, Officiating. Burial will follow in the Tubbs Family Cemetery. There will not be a public viewing. With Services entrusted to Melvin Miller Funeral Service.
