Frances Hale, 74, passed away on July 22,2019. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at noon at GW Watts School, Pine Apple. Burial will follow in the Zion Rest Cemetery. Bell Funeral Home-Hayneville  directing.
