“For us as an institution it is always a good thing for us to partner with senior institutions,” said Briggs. “Any time that we can give our students the opportunity to have exposure and access to that next level of connection is a win-win for both institutions.”
Sims expressed his excitement about the agreement and that the partnership would provide great opportunity for WCCS students.
“On behalf of Dr. Joseph Lee, I very much appreciate the opportunity to work with you and with all our colleagues here at Wallace Community College to create this articulation agreement,” said Sims. “We hope that it will create a pathway for your graduates to be able to complete their bachelor’s degrees with us and then be able to continue on in serving this part of the country.”
Sims stated that the agreement was in partnership with the Edmundite Missions.
“We share with Wallace Community College and the Edmundite Missions that mission for continuing to improve the opportunities of students,” he said.

“They are one of the strongest partners in the community in terms of its overall community support,” he said.
After Sims’ remarks Mitchell expressed his excitement about the agreement as well.
“We are also very excited,” said Mitchell. “We feel that this articulation agreement with Spring Hill College offers our students even greater access and opportunity…We are quite honored to be a part of this and feel that this partnership will be quite fruitful.”
