Mr. George Morton, 67, of Selma, passed away May 6, 2019 at Brookwood  Baptist Hospital. Services are scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2019,  noon at Water Avenue Baptist Church with the Rev. John Goings officiating. Burial will follow in Lorenzo Harrison Memorial Gardens with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. He is survived by his devoted and loving friend, Amelia Blount; sons, Jarvis (Candice) Morton and Dominick Blount; daughters, Tammie Blount and Angela Blount; brothers-in-law, Charlie Blount, Charles Blount; devoted nephew, Melvin (Mary) England; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Blount; devoted niece, Dianne (Jerry) England; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
