Willie J. Phillips, 85, of Selma, passed away April 4, 2019 in Selma. Services are scheduled for April 12, 2019, 1 p.m. at Grant Chapel AME Church. Burial will follow in Lorenzo Harrison Memorial Gardens with Ashley’s J.H. Williams and Sons Funeral Home directing.
