Morgan Academy won the Pepsi Classic on Saturday.

Matthew Davis and Jeremy Lee’s all-around performances led the Senators (6-0) to an 8-1 win over Bessemer Academy in the Championship game. On the mound, they combined for 10 strikeouts. At the plate, Lee had two hits and two RBI. Davis had two hits and three RBI. Gunnar Henderson had two hits.

In the semifinal contest, Morgan Academy beat Russell Christian 10-5. Gunnar Henderson had two hits. On the mound, Dione Allen and Xavier Lee combined for a five-hitter.

Morgan Academy 7, Clark Prep 3: Gunnar Henderson had two hits, including two-run homer for the Senators (4-0) on Friday in the Morgan Academy Pepsi Baseball Tournament. Henderson finished with three RBI. Brayton Brown also hit a two-run homer and solo homer, finishing with three RBI. Milam Turner added two hits.
