The Selma Charity League (SCL) recently made a donation to the Selma Police Department (SPD) as part of its 2018 signature project.

On the heels of its successful Casino Night fundraiser, the ladies of the SCL were able to assist the SPD with establishing a new K9 Unit for Officer Austin Rouse and provide training for his partner, Arak.

The group also provided officers with a holiday meal provided by Hog Heaven in Selma.
