The West Dallas Antique Tractor, Car, Gas Engine and Craft Show in Orrville was in full swing Saturday and many braved the cold to show off their crafts and vintage vehicles and tractors.

The Orrville Volunteer Fire Department sponsored their 16th show, and had a full day planned full of live music and vendors.

“The Orrville Volunteer Fire Department works hard to meet the needs of our community,” according to a release. “Whether it is responding to a house fire, missing person report, bad weather, auto accidents or other calls, we are always ready to serve. These services would not be possible without the cooperation of our surrounding volunteer fire departments in Safford, River Oaks, Marion Junction, Beloit and Potter Station.

“Orrville Fire is supported partially by an ad valorem tax,” according to a release. “While Orrville is small in size, the district is very large. They depend on your donations at this event to help with their operational expenses.”

“It was another great West Dallas Antique, Tractor, Car, Gas Engine and Craft Show in Orrville,” said Todd Parker. “I want to say thank you, Karen Grimes, for all you do putting on a great family event. I kept seeing old friends and making new ones.”

“Had a great time again at this year’s tractor show,” said Mike Edwards. “Kudos to everyone who had a part in the planning and execution of today’s event.”
