Papa John’s Pizza of Selma owner, Mark Woodson, has announced the plans to close the restaurant.

On Monday, Woodson took to Facebook to announce the closing.

“It is with deep regret and much sorrow that I announce the closing of Papa John’s Pizza of Selma,” he wrote. “I appreciate your support over the years.”

The store has been open since June of 2009, and as of Monday, the store is only doing carry out orders only.

“It is only for a couple more days,” said Woodson. “We are depleting our products.”

The exact closing day has not been announced.
