Several businesses in Selma and Dallas County will be closed Monday for the Labor Day holiday.

The Selma Public Water Works will be closed Monday and will reopen at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The Selma Public Works Department will run a holiday schedule for trash pick-up. There will be no trash pickups on Monday. An employee at Public works said there’s no set trash schedule for next week.

Sea Coast Disposal will be closed for Labor Day and reopens at 8 a.m. Tuesday.

The city of Selma will be closed for the holiday Monday and will reopen at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The Dallas County Courthouse will be closed Monday and will reopen at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The United States Post Office will be closed, and reopens at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The Selma-Dallas County Public Library will be closed Monday and will resume regular hours at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
