IP Riverdale Mill calling all applicants for grants

The International Riverdale Mill is now accepting applications for International Paper Foundation grants.
Applicants will have until Friday, Sept. 10 at 5 p.m. to submit their online applications at www.ipgiving.com.
Only grants submitted through this process will be considered for funding.
Applicants will be led through an online eligibility quiz. Registration is a one-time event, in which the International Paper Foundation will determine if an applicant’s tax status meets the guidelines.
Applicants are asked to have their tax ID number or NCES District ID and School ID for school applicants available.
“International Paper continues to be a force for good in our communities,” according to a press release. “We mobilize our people, products and resources to address critical needs in the communities where our employees live and work.”
Funding priority is given to programs related to education, hunger, health and wellness and disaster relief.
Funding also is available to address environmental initiatives, employee engagement and other critical community needs.
