Allen “Papa” Jones Jr., 60, of Marion Junction, AL, passed away July 30, 2018 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, August 4, 2018, noon at New Dernell Baptist Chruch with the Rev. David Talton officiating and Ashley’s J.H. Williams and Sons Funeral Home directing. Family Hour will be held Friday, August 3, 6:30-8 p.m. at Ashley’s J.H. Williams and Sons Funeral Chapel. He is preceded in death by his parents, Allen Jones Sr. and Marie Jones. He is survived by his son, Marvin Butler of Montgomery; daughters, LeShawnda Jones of Selma, Monica Pritchett of Detroit, MI; two grandchildren, Keonna Spivey of Selma and Marvin Mitchell of Montgomery; special friend, Patricia Watson.
