The Montgomery Area Association of Realtors and Its Multiple Listing Service, AlaMLS.com, have completed a merger with the Selma Board of Realtors and consolidated MLS services with the Wiregrass Board of Realtors.

“The merger of our two organizations, in two of Alabama’s most historic cities, made sense to all of our realtors, and we look forward to using all the tools available to us to better serve our clients and promote investment in Selma and Dallas County,” said Jewell Williamson, the Selma Realtor and the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors Director.

“These new ventures with Selma Enterprise –Wiregrass and Montgomery came together relatively quickly, and have proven to be successful for all parties,” said Forrest Meadows, the President of the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors. “Our realtors, whether representing buyers or sellers, will now have access to more data, electronic forms, lock boxes, safety products and syndication services.”

“The benefits are obvious to our realtors, but the real winners are the consumers who are looking to buy or sell a home or property in southeast Alabama,” said Erin Tullos, the President of the Wiregrass Board of Realtors.

AlaMLS.com will now provide MLS services to 1,610 realtor professionals throughout central and southeast Alabama with offices in Montgomery and Enterprise.

AlaMLS.com currently has over 5,200 active listings ranging from residential, land, commercial, rental and multi-family throughout Alabama.
