Roger Phillip Young Jr., 37, of Selma, passed away April 29, 2018, in Lowndes County. Services are scheduled for Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 12 p.m. at Southside High School with the Rev. John E. Grayson officiating.

Burial will follow in Fairlawn Memory Gardens with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. He is survived by his parents, Barbara Young and Roger P. Young Sr.; four sons, De’Vonte Young, De’Yonte Young, Dae’Shon Blevins, and Chaseton Young; daughter, Keunta Watts; brother, Cedric Johnson; two sisters, Barbara J. Young , Alanda Rena McMillan; niece, Aria J. Young; nephew, Smokey Young; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and grandmas.
