Lenard Free passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at the age of 82. He was born Oct. 6, 1935, to the late Jessie and Viola Free.

Visitation will be at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home on Saturday, March 17, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Don Stephens and the Rev. David Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Larry Eugene Free, Keith Allen Free; three brothers, one sister; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Mr. Free is survived by his wife of 55 years, Annie Lou Free of Plantersville; daughters, Anita (Tommy) Owens, Denise (Bo) Molett; son, Richard (Lisa) Free; sisters, Mae Caver and Ann (Orval) Hudson; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be David Free, Brian Free, Greg Ferrari, Keith Free, Cody Free and Chris Littleton. Honorary pallbearers will be Lee Nichols and Stanley Cruz.
