Sharon Compton Mackin, 73, passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, in Trussville. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Daniel Mackin; parents, Dorithy Dodson Compton and Bernice Earl Compton; twin brother, Earl Compton. She is survived by her son, Steven (MirAnda Mackin; grandchildren, Ramsey, Emsley of Augusta, Georgia; sister, Camille C. Roberson of Trussville; niece, Renee R. Reid of Aiken, South Carolina; many members of the loving Mackin family. A graveside service is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 26, 2018, at 1 p.m., at Graham Cemetery in Reform with Dr. George Washburn officiating.
