Dorothy Louise Harris Hitt, age 79, of Selma, passed away Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018.
Services will be 10-11 a.m. Monday at Sister Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Johnathan Jenkins officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in Sister Springs Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Monday at the church.
She is preceded by her husband, Joe Hitt; parents, Robert and Bertha Harris; brothers, Edward Harris, Ralph Harris and Carroll Harris; and sister, Bernice Moore.
Mrs. Hitt is survived by her daughter: Patricia Gaylor (Dannie); sons: Robert Hitt (Kim), Jason Hitt (Kimberly); four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dannie Gaylor, Johnny Harris, Tommy Harris, Justin Gaylor, Caleb Hopkins and Billie Moore.
