Ms. Narvie L. Jackson, 84, of Selma, passed away Jan. 15, 2018, at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Services are scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018, at noon at New Bride Baptist Church in Sardis with the Rev. Curtis Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in New Bride Cemetery in Sardis with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. She is survived by three sons, Michael (Joyce) Jackson, Sherman (Barbara) Jackson and Clifford Jackson; two daughters, Carol (Dan) Slaughter Jr. and Martha Melton; grandchildren, Adrian, Shaneequa, Daneshia, Stephen, Sherman, Tracy, Freddie, Rodriguez, Xavier, Clifford Jr., Eldra and Elijah; sisters-in-law, Annie Lee James, Marie Jackson and Florence Jackson; loving neighbors, Willie Holifield and Rebeca Holland Boba; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
