Edna Faye Anthony, age 80, of Valley Grande, passed away Jan. 22, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.P. Anthony; daughter, Brenda Lawley; parents, James A. and Linnie S. Smith; brother, Carl Smith; and sisters, Sarah Smitherman and Jessie Lee Smith.

Surviving are her children, Debra (Benny) Hollingshead, Mike (Brenda) Anthony, Rocky (Kim) Anthony and George (Becky) Anthony; brother, James Smith; sisters, Lula (Henry) Cox, Janice Smith; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Randolph Baptist Church with the Rev. Tony Reynolds officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12-2 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Alex Kendrick, Ray Epperson, Pete Epperson, Paul Epperson, James Earl Smith and Mike Theim.
