Lucy Lott Strickland, of Selma, passed away Jan. 8, 2018, due to complications from type 1 diabetes. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward A. Lott and Cecile Adams Lott, both of Selma. She is survived by her son, Bradley Lott Strickland of Selma. A memorial service will be held at Blue Jean Church Selma on Friday, Jan. 19, 2018, with visitation starting at 1 p.m. and services beginning 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
