Brenda Fae Chapman, age 69, of Selma, passed away Jan. 12, 2018.

She is preceded in death by her father, Allen Pugh; brother, Bruce Pugh; and an infant child.

She is survived by her husband, Leonard Chapman; daughter, Valerie Faith Chapman; mother, Euna Pugh; sisters, Patricia Smith and Joyce Pugh; brother, Glenn (Arethia “Nile”) Pugh; grandson, Christopher Xavier Cochran; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home with the Rev. Pat Grindle officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Interment will be in New Live Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service 1-2 p.m.

The family will accept flowers or donations.
